Companies oftentimes are too focused on achieving sales quotas that they oftentimes overlook the prerequisites to achieve success in sales. Companies focus on developing the salespersons skills which is good but many times overlook the “will” of the salesperson. This leads to high turnover of salespeople because either they don’t feel motivated or perhaps having a sense of belonging in the organization. As a result, their performance falls below expectation or experience burn-out.

The challenge for successful selling is contingent on what is in the salesperson even before he/she goes out in the field. Values, mindset and attitude play a significant role in determining success.This program deals first and foremost on what goes behind successful selling. From there, the basic skills for selling will be presented in order that each participants will have a wholistic appreciation of selling and at the end of the session imbibe the right values, mindset and motivation to be able to succeed.
